Abstract

- The study aims, determine the effect of service marketing mic to customer loyality, determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, determine the role of customer satisfaction in improving the services marketing mix influence customer loyalty. The sample consisted of 53 respondens (consumers Medika hospital moca). Sampling techniques accidental sampling method. Analysis of data using multiple regression and path analysis with SPSS for windows. The result showed, services marketing mix positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction significant positively affect customer loyalty, customer satisfaction play positive role in improving the services marketing mix influence customer loyalty.
