Abstract

Employee performance has a very important role. Employees who perform well can be a pillar of a company's success. Employee performance is not just about completing assigned tasks and responsibilities. The factors that influence employee performance are loyalty, compensation, and motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of loyalty, compensation, and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The population in this study is 35 employees at CV. Informatics Lens Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population was sampled. Analysis tools using SPSS. Data analysis techniques in this study used description tests, validity, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F tests, t tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study, based on the results of testing the hypothesis, concluded that the variables loyalty (X1), compensation (X2), and motivation (X3) proved to have a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Employees who are highly loyal to the company tend to perform better than employees who are less loyal. Furthermore, the company provides fair and equitable compensation which has a positive impact on the performance of employees within the company. Meanwhile, employee motivation provides a driving force that motivates employees to achieve goals and increase productivity at work. Therefore, loyalty, compensation, and motivation can influence employee performance.
