Abstract
-Abstract The main objective of this study is to find out the direct effect between jon rotation, work stress toward job satisfaction,. And to find out the indirect effect between job rotation, work stress toward organizational commitment through job satisfaction. The population was 52 respondent of banking employees. The results of thie provided evidence that there was significant effect between job rotation toward job satisfaction, work stress towards job satisfaction, an job rotation toward organizational commitment; whereas between work tress towards organizational commitment, and job satisfaction toward organizational commitment showed the significant effect.
