Abstract
-The research aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership and debt company's policy in the perspective of agency theory. The population in this study is 25 manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia stock Exchange in 2007-2009 that are devided into classification according to the Indonesia Stock Market Directory. Based on the result of statistical test indicate that Managerial Ownership (X1), and debt Policy (X2) simultaneously have significant effect on the Company's Value (Y). Other findings is the dominant influence of Debt Policy on firm value. Keyword: managerial ownership, debt policy, company's value
